Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. To respect both our clients and our scheduling availability, we kindly as for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. No- shows and cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subjected to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service. Clients arriving late may receive a shortened session to avoid impacting the next scheduled appointment, while still being responsible for the full session cost. We do understand emergencies, and each case will be taken into consideration and discretion.
